(A, B) Messenger ribonucleic acid levels of interleukin (IL)-6 and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) were measured in RAW264.7 cells after treatment with LPS or not by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction. (C, D) Secretion levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were detected after treatment with LPS or not by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.
