(A) PL-Pt(II) (2 mg/kg) gavage was given daily for 21 days to the mice bearing the SW1736 cell xenografts, which reduced tumor volume. (B) The toxicity of PL-Pt(II) in vivo was evaluated by measuring body weight during the study. (C) The effect of PL-Pt(II) on p-AKT, p-S6, caspase-3, and p-S6 in the mouse tumor xenografts were detected by Western blot. * P<0.05, ** P<0.02 and *** P<0.01 vs. Day 0.
