Figure 3 EGb761 suppresses bleomycin (BLM)-induced proinflammatory cytokines in the early stage. Mouse peripheral blood was collected on day 7 after BLM treatment. Levels of proinflammatory cytokines in serum, including tumor necrosis (TNF)-a (A), interleukin (IL)-1β (B), and IL-6 (C), were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit.
