Figure 4 GLUT3 was required in HMGA1-induced invasion. (A, B) HMGA1 (A) or GLUT3 (B) knockdown significantly impaired the invasion of SW480. The invasion of SW480 was detected with transwell assay.(C) SW480 cells were transfected with GLUT3 plasmid for rescue assay in the presence of HMGA1 knockdown. (D) GLUT3 overexpression rescued the invasion decrease caused by HMGA1 knockdown. (E) High GLUT3 in CRCLM was significantly associated with poorer prognosis.
