Figure 6 miR-181b inhibitor abolished the effects of lncRNA MEG3-shRNA on neuronal apoptosis in ICH rats. Rats were grouped into 6 groups: Sham, ICH, ICH+control-shRNA, ICH+lncRNA MEG3-shRNA, ICH+lncRNA MEG3-shRNA+inhibitor control, and ICH+lncRNA MEG3-shRNA+miR-181b inhibitor. Three days after ICH induction, neuronal apoptosis was calculated using flow cytometry in different groups (A) and quantitative analysis of apoptotic cells was performed (B). (C) The activity of caspase-3 in different groups was determined. ** P<0.01 vs Sham; ## P<0.01 vs ICH+control-shRNA; && P<0.01 vs ICH+MEG3-shRNA+inhibitor control.
