Figure 8 (A, B) Effect of lncRNA MEG3 on PI3K/AKT pathway in ICH rats by targeting miR-181b. One hour after ICH induction, control-shRNA, lncRNA MEG3-shRNA, inhibitor control, or miR-181b inhibitor were injected into rats. Three days after ICH induction, the protein levels of p-AKT and AKT were assessed using western blotting in different groups.
