Male, 65 years old, presented to the outpatient clinic with low back pain with bilateral lower extremity radiating pain and numbness for 1.3 years, the left side was heavy, and was admitted to the hospital with proposed lumbar spinal stenosis after the examination. (A) Preoperative computed tomography (CT) showed spinal stenosis. (B) Postoperative CT showed complete decompression. (C) Intraoperative resection of the inner edge of the articular eminence and the lower edge of the vertebral plate. (D) Intraoperative decompression of the ipsilateral lateral saphenous fossa. (E) Intraoperative decompression of the contralateral lateral saphenous fossa. (F) Intraoperative decompression followed by exploration.
