Figure 4 Receiver operating characteristics (ROC) curve analysis revealed the diagnostic value for PLG, COPS5, FYN, ITGB3, IRF3, and SPTA1 in PDAC. (A) The ROC curve showed that the AUC value of PLG, COPS5, and FYN were 0.832, 0.955, and 0.956, respectively. (B) The ROC curve showed that the AUC value of ITGB3, IRF3, SPTA1 were 0.955, 0.872, and 0.756, respectively (R software, version 4.1.2, USA).
