Figure 5 After cefoperazone/sulbactam administration, the international normalized ratio (INR) increased significantly and prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thrombin time (APTT) were prolonged, suggesting coagulation dysfunction. After treatment with vitamin K1, the INR decreased and PT and APTT were shortened, suggesting that coagulation function improved.
