The double suture anchor was inserted into the middle of the fibula footprint area. (D) Confirm the pull-out resistance of the anchor by pulling the anchor wire. (E) Use nylon wire to guide the anchor wire through the ATFL. (F) Confirm the effectiveness of the suture under the arthroscopic visualization and check the stability of the ankle ( fibula, Talus).
