CD4+ cells (A, C, E, G) and/or PBMCs (B, D, F, H) were co-cultured for 5 days with ASCs or ASCsTI obtained from patients with OA (n=24) or patients with RA (n=24). Monocultures of T cells (T) or PBMCs served as controls.
