Figure 1 The AUC of central nervous system infection in patients with acute herpes zoster predicted by the interval from onset to treatment, herpes with craniocervical distribution, C-reactive protein, and albumin content were 0.587, 0.634, 0.718, and 0.682, respectively. When the combination of the 4 indicators predicts CNS infection, the AUC was 0.787, and the sensitivity and specificity were 64.5% and 81.9%, respectively.
