Figure 4 Intraoperatively, the internal fascia of the spermatic cord was incised, the spermatic veins were dissected free, and the testicular arteries were identified through the elevation of blood pressure. Figure 4 illustrates the varicose spermatic veins and the successful identification of the testicular arteries.
