Figure 3 The RMSF plot shows maximum fluctuation (intensity) at 315 amino acids for the variants and the wild-type (Wild-Type: black, A307T: Red, and N680S: Gray). The intensity at 315 was recorded as 2.08 nm for wild, 1.39 nm for A307T, and 2.28 nm for N680S (GROMACS 2021).
