Comparative Study of the Rehabilitation Exercise 5R System and Aerobic Exercise on Postpartum Recovery: Impacts on Muscle Function and Metabolic Health

Figure 1 CONSORT flow diagram of participant recruitment, allocation, follow-up, and analysis. A total of 62 individuals were assessed for eligibility. Two were excluded for not meeting inclusion criteria, and 60 participants were randomized into 3 groups (n=20 per group). During the intervention, 1 participant in Group 1 and 3 in Group 3 discontinued participation. The final analysis included 19 participants in Group 1, 20 in Group 2, and 17 in Group 3. The figure was created using Microsoft PowerPoint 2019 (Microsoft Corporation, Redmond, WA, USA).
