The predictive model, based on the formula P=ey/(1+ey), incorporates various clinical factors such as temperature, number of episodes, gallbladder wall thickness, stone impaction in the gallbladder neck, common bile duct diameter, and surgeon experience. The ROC curve analysis yielded an area under the curve of 0.893 with a 95% confidence interval of 0.871–0.914. At the optimal threshold point (closest to the upper left corner of the ROC curve), the sensitivity is 0.795 and specificity is 0.849.
