Among 326 NPC patients undergoing endoscopic surgery after radiotherapy, 13 were excluded due to ICU admission, and 49 were excluded due to incomplete postoperative electrocardiogram data. The final analysis included 264 patients categorized by the presence or absence of postoperative hypotension.
