Changes in Hemogram-Derived Ratios in Patients with Sepsis Undergoing Cytokine-Filtered Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy in the Intensive Care Unit: A Retrospective Single-Center Study

Patients were excluded as follows: seven due to missing laboratory data, 11 due to device failure within the first 72 hours, and three due to death during the CRRT treatment period. The final analysis included 93 patients (67 men [72%], 26 women [28%]).
