Flow cytometry data from a single patient with secondary hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (sHLH) show the proportion of CD8+ T cells (gated as TCRαβ+CD8+CD56−) within the lymphocyte population. At initial diagnosis (A), the patient exhibited an elevated proportion of CD8+ T cells. After achieving a complete response (B), the proportion of CD8+ T cells visibly decreased.
