Preoperative X-ray films: The anteroposterior and lateral views of the ankle joint weight-bearing position (A, B) show an ankle valgus deformity, and the distal tibial joint surface angle (TAS), talus inclination angle (TT), tibiofibular angle (TC), and lateral tibial surface angle (TLS) are clearly marked. Postoperative X-ray films (C, D) show that the lower limb alignment has returned to normal after osteotomy.
