Type I CSP: Gestational sac protruding into the uterine cavity, with a thick myometrial layer between the sac and the bladder. Type II CSP: Gestational sac embedded in the myometrium without crossing the serosal contour. Type III CSP: Gestational sac partially extending beyond the outer contour of the uterus, indicating extrapelvic extension.
