Eighty-one were excluded (emergency cesarean, 64; multiple/failed spinal attempts, 12; systemic infection/sepsis, 2; incomplete data, 3). The final cohort consisted of 821 patients, of whom 133 developed post-dural puncture headache (PDPH) and 688 did not.
