Figure 3 ROC curve analysis of preoperative NLR in relation to PDPH. The ROC curve demonstrates the discriminatory performance of preoperative NLR in relation to PDPH. The area under the curve (AUC) was 0.76 (95% CI: 0.72–0.80). The optimal cutoff was ≤3.14, with sensitivity 88.7% and specificity 66.2%.
