Questionnaire	Evaluation criterion
Lips are very moist	0–3, 0=very dry, 3=moist
No mouth pain	0–3, 0=severe pain, 3=no pain at all
The gingiva feels normal	0–3, 0=severe gingivitis, 3=normal gingiva
Adequate amount of saliva	0–3, 0=saliva deficiency, 3=adequate saliva
