Grade	Clinical performance
Excellent	No abnormal feeling, tenderness, and muscle occur in neck
Good	Mild symptoms occur when tired and catching a cold, but recover soon, without obvious impact on daily work and life; no or mild tenderness, no or mild spasm occurs in neck muscle, without need of painkillers
Passed	Symptoms often appear (<100 d/a), has certain impact on daily work and life, mild tenderness or spasm occurs in neck muscle, need take oral drugs, analgesic effect is good
Bad	Frequent symptoms (>100 d/a) significantly affect the daily work and life, obvious tenderness or convulsion occurs in neck muscle, need to take painkillers, analgesic effect is general or not good
