a Denominator prior to surgery. The TFA group featured 55 patients, the ipsilateral TRA group featured 38 patients, and the contralateral TRA group featured 9 patients;
b TFA group; 4 patients were lost to follow-up and 2 patients declined examination. In the ipsilateral TRA group, 3 patients were lost to follow-up and 2 patients refused examination. One patient in the contralateral TRA group declined examination;
c TRA group; 5 patients were lost to follow-up and 2 patients refused examination. Three of the follow-ups in the ipsilateral TRA group resulted in refusal to be examined.
