Ra (average roughness) – measurement of the deviation of a surface from a mean height; Rq – root mean square roughness (applicable to thickness required to create smoothness); Test employed; one way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Statistical significance: All differences at various time intervals in each group were considered to be statistically significant if the probable P value was ≤0.05.
