Table 2 The Face, Legs, Activity, Cry and Consolability (FLACC) scale is a behavioral scale for scoring postoperative pain in young children aged from 2 months to 7 years. A score of 0 indicates the child is relaxed and comfortable, a score of 1 to 3 suggests mild discomfort, a score of 4 to 6 indicates moderate pain, and a score of 7 to 10 represents severe discomfort or pain.
