| AKI – acute kidney injury; IQR – interquartile range; BMI – body mass index; ASA – American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification; eGFR – estimated glomerular filtration rate; BUN – blood urea nitrogen; HbA1c – hemoglobin A1c; CRP – C-reactive protein; WBC – white blood cell count; SBP – systolic blood pressure; SD_SBP – standard deviation of systolic blood pressure; CV_SBP – coefficient of variation of systolic blood pressure. Data are presented as median [IQR] for continuous variables and number (percentage) for categorical variables. P-values are derived from the chi-square test, Mann-Whitney U test, or Fisher’s exact test, as appropriate. SMD represents the standardized mean difference, with values 0.5 indicating negligible, small, moderate, and large differences, respectively. Baseline characteristics are reported based on available data. The proportion of missing values for individual variables ranged from 0% to 47.8%. Most demographic, comorbidity, and intraoperative variables had minimal missing data ( | |||||||
