1. Operation time, blood loss, blood transfusion volume, blood plasma transfusion, and incision length were directly compared between groups. 2. Laboratory parameters (albumin, WBC, Hb, ESR, D-dimer) were compared using absolute change values (|postoperative-preoperative|). Δ indicates the absolute change from preoperative to postoperative values (|postoperative minus preoperative|). 3. Due to non-normal distribution, data are presented as median (IQR), and between-group comparisons were performed using Wilcoxon rank-sum test.
