Figure 5 MaR1 suppressed the activation of p38MAPK/NF-κB pathway in acute lung injury stimulated by THS. Western blot assay and qRT-PCR analyses were adopted to evaluate the proteins and relative genes expressions of p38MAPK/NF-κB pathway in different groups. (A) protein expression of p-p65 and p-p38 in lung tissues. The ratio of p-p65/p65 (B) and p-p38/p38 (C) were quantified.
