Figure 7 (A–C) CDK1, CCNB1, and CCNB2 expression levels were significantly related to tumor purity and significant positive correlations existed with immune infiltration cells including CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, B cells, neutrophils, macrophages, and DCs in HCC. (D) CNA of CDK1 had significant correlations with immune infiltration cells including CD4+ T cells and B cells.
