Figure 12 PKMYT1 is significantly correlated with ASF1B gene expression in ccRCC. There was a positive correlation between PKMYT1 and ASF1B based on (A) cBioPortal regression analysis, (B) GEPIA, and (C) TCGA dataset. (D) ASF1B was significantly increased in ccRCC compared with normal tissue.
