(A) The cumulative local tumor progression rates at 1 and 2 years were 2.8% and 7.3%, respectively. (B) The cumulative distant recurrence rates at 1, 2, and 3 years were 11.1%, 17.6%, and 20.7%, respectively. (C) The overall survival rates at 1, 2, and 4 years were 100%, 93.6%, and 74.9%, respectively.
