Figure 2 Gene expression of mesenchymal stem cells related to cell proliferation and collagen secretion. The data in the columns with color were from the 10x single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) according to the unique molecular identifier (UMI) counting formulated by log10 for standardization. The Smart-seq2 scRNA-seq analysis results quantifying the gene expression are shown as mean±standard deviation. The 10x scRNA-seq survey matched the Smart-seq2 scRNA-seq very well.
