Based on progressive dyspnea, the respiratory physicians successfully implanted an airway stent under tracheoscopy to open the airway (A). Then, the patient’s vital signs were stable, relevant examination results were improved, and no contraindications were found. Surgical removal of the RG through a cervical approach (C).
