Figure 1 (A) A 20-year-old male patient with a lesion in the right proximal femur showed osteolytic and dilatant changes. (B) X-ray examination taken 7 months after curettage surgery using plate internal fixation showed changes on the right proximal femur accompanied by partial bone destruction. (C) Postoperative pathological diagnosis: suppurative inflammation of the right proximal femur, infection considered. For the second operation, partial cement and internal fixation plate removal were performed in this patient. (D) The X-ray film was reexamined at 3 months after reoperation.
