a Sputum culture: 28 cases of mild patients were accompanied by bacterial infections, of which 10 cases were infected with haemophilus influenzae, 2 cases of pseudomonas aeruginosa, 12 S. pneumoniae, 1 streptococcus agalactiae, 1 moraxella catarrhalis, two cases of co-infection. 26 severe patients were infected with more bacteria, 1 case of acinetobacter janeii, 11 haemophilus influenzae, 4 S. pneumoniae, 2 klebsiella pneumoniae, 1 moraxella catarrhalis, 1 stenotrophomonas maltophilia, 2 staphylococcus aureus, 3 cases of co-infection;
b Other viral pathogens: the main co-infecting microorganism in mild infection and severe infection both was M. pneumoniae, 32 and 11 cases, respectively.
