Algorithm for high risk pediatric patients requiring stomatological intervention.(The 3 year experience of Department of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care of District Childrens Hospital in Kielce)

Abstract
Since 1998 general anaesthesia have been offered for paediatric dental surgery in a District Children Hospital in Kielce.The procedures performed under anaesthesia are performed in patients who cannot be treated in stomatological outpatient because of concomitant chronic illnesses.The increase of number of such patients induced the authors to work out an algorithm to minimize the perioperative risk.
