We observed multiple malformations of different organs in 68 children with microtia. 37% of our patients presented facial anomalies, 85% spinal malformations and 22% renal anomalies. Only 8 of the children (12%) presented unilateral microtia, hemifacial hypoplasia, a spinal anomaly and malformation of at least one kidney.The coexistence of these abnormalities allowed us to diagnose the oto-facio-skeleto-renal syndrome.
