On the basis of literature data and almost 10-year period of own experience,the authors present problems associated with diagnostics and treatment of vascular complications in patients after orthotopic liver transplantation.The data are based on a group of patients who underwent whole cadaveric liver transplantations.Another group of complications is observed in recipients of liver fragments collected from living donors.Such problems will be discussed elsewhere.
