Incidence and risk factors of HBV infections in children: our own investigations

Abstract
The aim of the study was to estimate the incidence of HBV infections in hospitalised children and to analyse risk factors. We found an increased incidence of HBV infections in hospitalised children, with the youngest and frequently hospitalised children being at greatest risk. We described the possibilities of HBV infections prophylaxis.
