Facial pain as the first sign of spontaneous subarachnoid haemorrhage from ruptured aneurysm - three case reports

Abstract
Focal signs can be helpful in the diagnosis and localization of cerebral aneurysms. In this paper we present facial pain as an unique sign of spontaneous subarachnoid haemorrhage. This presentation may pose a diagnostic problem but at the same time seems to be helpful in localising the cerebral aneurysms.
