Subcutaneous mastectomy and immediate breast reconstruction performed in 15 year old female patient with phyllodes tumor

Abstract
The case report of female patient Dj. S. 15 years of age, operated on of voluminous tumor located in the left breast is described in this paper. Tumor 20 cm size was excised in toto. After frozen section biopsy (finding was tumor phyllodes benign), immediate subcutaneus mastectomy and breast reconstruction was done with gell filled breast implant MLP 170cc Mc Ghan. In this paper the importance of immediate breast reconstruction is pointed out considering the age of the patient, the tumor size and performed surgical intervention (subcutaneous mastectomy).
