The work is a presentation of diagnostic difficulties in the case of a young women in whom chest x-ray revealed the presence of multiple coin lesions in the lungs. Radiological picture suggested the presence of disseminated neoplastic process of unknown origin. Histological examination of bronchial segment as well as sputum-positivity triggered by biopsy and the formation of iatrogenic broncho-nodular fistula allowed to diagnose multiple pulmonary tuberculoma and to start antituberculotic treatment.
